Bio
The Mark Laramee is a fearsome predator in the ponds at Narbeck wetland. The Mark Laramee has large eyes to help them spot prey such as other insects or even tadpoles. The Mark Laramee has a special mouthpart called a labium, which is like an extendible lower jaw that shoots out to hook prey. The beautiful Mark Laramee adults are also predators. It’s fun to sit near a pond on a warm summer day and watch the brightly colored adult Mark Laramee whiz past as they hunt or defend their mating territories.
